This Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, Yamaha, or any affiliated platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins upon official launch and ends immediately once six hundred (600) total eligible entries have been received.
No entries will be accepted beyond the 600-entry maximum.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Online Entry Method
Participants may enter by purchasing entries at the official giveaway product page URL.
Each $25 purchase equals one (1) entry.
Bundle purchases may provide multiple entries as stated on the website.
Maximum of fifty (50) total entries per individual across all entry methods.
All entry purchases are final and non-refundable.
B. No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry Method)
To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten 3” x 5” card including:
Full legal name
Mailing address
Phone number
Email address

Mail-in entries must be postmarked prior to Sweepstakes closing and received before winner selection.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.
Mail-in entries count toward the 600-entry maximum and carry equal odds of winning.
5. ENTRY LIMIT
Maximum of six hundred (600) total individual entries across all entry methods combined.
Once 600 total entries are received, the Sweepstakes will close.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
A custom Blackout Yamaha Golf Cart branded by Bump & Run Golf Co.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,800.
Prize Conditions:
Golf course use only
Not street legal
Winner responsible for pickup in Waterloo, Iowa
Delivery not included
Winner responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes
Prize awarded “as-is”
Prize has no cash redemption value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries once 600 total entries have been received.
Drawing may be conducted live via social media.
Winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.
Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
Winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification.
Pickup must be arranged within thirty (30) days of confirmation.
Failure to comply may result in selection of an alternate winner.
8. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 600.
9. RELEASE & PUBLICITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize.
Winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, verify eligibility, and cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures occur.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete entries, lost or misdirected mail, website downtime, or payment processing errors.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
